We have different pricing tiers that are dependent on customer’s use cases and their reasons for needing CHIFs. Clicking “Get Started” will take you to our purpose-built CHIF manager, where you can select the plan that best suits your needs. After you create an account, you can start building CHIFs and embedding them into your projects.
We follow a combination of a user and usage-based pricing model with tiers for different sized organizations. They are based on both the number of CHIFs expected to be created and the number of people in your organization making CHIFs.

Accessibility Tier 1
Digital Accessibility for Non-Profits, Individuals, and Small Web Sites
This is the perfect option for a small business or public spaces that want to make their websites accessible to WCAG 2.1 standards.
1 user can create 15 CHIFs per month on the C-Hear Azure Cloud and either keep them with us or place them on the client’s own hosting.

Accessibility Tier 2
Digital Accessibility for Medium Sized and E-Commerce Web Sites, Web Developers, and Business Web Sites
Tier 2 is great for e-commerce sites, blogs, and informational websites that want to offer ADA options to their visitors. Tier 2 is also the perfect option for a small e-commerce website that wants product pictures to be described in audio.
Multiple Users can create 80 CHIFs per month on the C-Hear Azure Cloud and either keep them with us or place them on the client’s own hosting.

Digital Accessibility for larger, corporate sites, intranets, E-commerce sites with more than 200 items, and Marketing Agencies that make web sites for others.
This pricing tier is a great way for corporations to take low-risk steps to make their digital assets accessible to WCAG 2.1 standards.
Multiple Users can create 500 CHIFs per month on the C-Hear Azure Cloud and either keep them with us or place them on the client’s own hosting.

Digital Accessibility for Large, High-Traffic and Big E-Commerce Sites, News Sites, Information Portals, SAAS Portals, and Applications
In these use cases, C-hear turns over our codec for Tier 5 customers to integrate our API into their existing software or environment.
This is Tier is great for large businesses with multiple users that want to generate their own CHIFs using their own cloud or enterprise computing solution.
Included in this pricing tier is remote technical support. Upon obtaining a licensing agreement from C-Hear, your developer(s) will be assigned a support person and an account manager.
Accessibility Tier 6
Digital Accessibility for Governmental Departments (United States only – for now)
Governmental departments that want their interfaces and websites to be digitally accessible enough tto meet WCAG 2.1 standards need CHIF.
In these use cases, C-Hear turns over our codec for Tier 6 customers to integrate our API into their existing software or environment.
Included in this pricing tier is both on-site and virtual technical support. Upon obtaining a licensing agreement from C-Hear, your developer(s) will be assigned a support people and an relationship managers.
