We have different pricing tiers that are dependent on customer’s use cases and their reasons for needing CHIFs.
We follow a combination of a user and usage-based pricing model with tiers for different sized organizations. They are based on both the number of CHIFs expected to be created and the number of people in your organization making CHIFs.

Cyber Security Tier 1
Cyber Security for Non-Profits, Small businesses, and small app start-ups and developers.
This is a great option for smaller organizations that need to use the C-Hear CHIF codec and environment to make them more secure.
As it is a “small team” licensing agreement, clients will get technical support and analytics on an “a la carte” basis. Upon obtaining a licensing agreement from C-Hear, your developer(s) will receive an install guide and API usage guide and manual.
Cyber Security Tier 2
Cyber Security for Medium Sized businesses and software development teams.
Tier 2 pricing is for larger organizations with multiple administrators that need to create and secure larger amounts of data fluidly.
In these use cases, C-hear turns over our codec for Tier 2 customers to integrate our API into their existing software or environment.
Included in this pricing tier is remote technical support. Upon obtaining a licensing agreement from C-Hear, your developer(s) will be assigned a support person and an account manager.
Cyber Security Tier 3
Cyber Security involving very large businesses and software development teams.
Tier 3 pricing is for very large organizations with hundreds of administrators that need to create and secure large amounts of data fluidly.
In these use cases, C-hear turns over our codec for Tier 3 customers to integrate our API into their existing software or environment.
Included in this pricing tier is both on-site and virtual technical support. Upon obtaining a licensing agreement from C-Hear, your developer(s) will be assigned a support people and an relationship managers.
Cyber Security Tier 2

Included in this pricing tier is both on-site and virtual technical support. Upon obtaining a licensing agreement from C-Hear, your developer(s) will be assigned a support people and an relationship managers.
